Adult Dance & Fitness Classes

Teen Ballet
Ballet class focused on integration of body and coordination while building ballet vocabulary and strengthening the body. Black leotard and pink or flesh colored tights with ballet slippers or Black leggings and white fitted shirt.


Teen Ankle Stretch/Pointe
Pre-pointe and pointe class to strengthen ankles, metatarsals and inner thighs with the purpose to become proficient and injury free dancing en pointe. Black leotard and pink or flesh colored tights with ballet slippers or Black leggings and white fitted shirt.


Teen K-POP
Free and sharp dance movement using the ever so popular dance movement from Korea. This fun class will teach current Kpop repertoire while building stamina and release endorphins to keep everyone dancing through the week. No uniform required.


Teen Contemporary
A class designed to move through space on different planes while increasing flexibility, musicality and strength. Students will learn a new dance combination every month that they will rehearse in each class. This class will explore physical ranges using floorwork and unique big jumps while focusing on emoting with the music.


Teen Tap
Rhythm tap is part of the jazz traditions. Teen students will work on advanced sequences of tap movement to create long patterns of memorization of beats using their feet. No uniform required.


Pilates & Stretch
Work your core and stretch your hips and hamstrings in this combined class.


Absolute Beginner Ballet
Learn the foundation and basics of a ballet class while getting your body toned and flexible.


Ballet Technique and Variations
Short warm up followed by a classical ballet solo variation. This class improves memory, stamina and introduces the staging aspects of ballet.


Mat Class (Tone & Strengthen)
This intense work out is focused on results from the inside out. Designed by the founder of BalletSunMi after her fourth pregnancy. Core, inner thighs, laterals and balance is a target in this 60 minute overall work out.


Stretch! Hips & Hamstrings/Splits
Open up the hips, stretch the lower back and increase flexibility in your hamstrings with this ½ hour targeted class.


Pilates and Ballet Barre
Pilates exercises integrated into basic ballet strengthening technique. This class will walk you through basic Pilates exercises and include exercises at the ballet barre.


Hip Hop Fitness
60 minutes of heart pumping fun. A cardiovascular class designed to get your heart and body moving in fun and sweat pumping ways.


 

Tuition

For students enrolling for the 2024 winter/spring session, tuition is paid in one installment upon registering.

1 class per week - $510
2 classes per week - $710
3+ classes per week - $1035

1 Mini Class per week - $200

A one-time $15 registration fee is added upon registration.
